ASSIGNMENT OF POWERS AND DUTIES OF MINISTER — MINING AND LANDS COMMISSIONER TO HEAR AND DETERMINE APPEALS UNDER SUBSECTION 28 (5) OF THE CONSERVATION AUTHORITIES ACT

This Regulation is made in English only.

1.The Mining and Lands Commissioner is assigned the powers and duties conferred on the Minister of Natural Resources under subsection 28 (5) of the Conservation Authorities Act to hear and determine all appeals made pursuant thereto. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 795, s. 1.
